A 7-quart freezing cylinder, 20-quart refrigerated mix hopper, gravity-fed delivery system, electronic viscosity control, Add Mix and Mix Out indicators, and automatic shutdown protection support consistent production in quick-service restaurants, cafés, institutional dining, entertainment venues, and other high-volume beverage programs.
