Each side features a 3.4-quart freezing cylinder and a 14-quart mix hopper, with Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) to maintain mix below 41°F in both Auto and Standby modes. The Softech™ microprocessor system automatically regulates product viscosity, ensuring consistent quality and texture with every serving. Indicator lights and optional audible alarms alert operators when mix is low or out, helping prevent downtime during peak hours.

The Taylor C794 includes ergonomic, self-closing draw handles and a quick-eject thermoplastic freezer door for smooth, easy dispensing. Safety features like a door interlock system prevent the beater from operating when the dispensing door is removed.
