The Taylor C722 Soft Serve Freezer is a compact, twin twist model designed to deliver high-quality frozen desserts in a small footprint—perfect for countertop service or self-serve applications. This versatile commercial soft serve machine serves two individual flavors or a twist of both and accommodates a wide range of products including low- or non-fat ice cream, custard, yogurt, and sorbet.
The C722 features two 2.8-quart freezing cylinders and two 14-quart mix hoppers, each with Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) to maintain product below 41°F even during standby. A simplified air/mix pump delivers consistent overrun and smooth texture while minimizing parts and operator maintenance.
Touchscreen controls with a tempered glass interface provide intuitive operation, real-time monitoring of viscosity and temperature, and multilingual support. A digital brush-cleaning countdown, mix low indicators, and automatic shutoff on mix-out enhance product safety and performance. The specially designed thermoplastic dispensing door includes self-closing handles for effortless service.
This unit is available in air- or water-cooled configurations and supports optional accessories like a drain adapter, draw valve lock kit, hopper agitators, and ADA-compliant carts. The Taylor C722 delivers space-saving efficiency, food safety, and excellent soft serve output, making it ideal for convenience stores, QSRs, and self-serve dessert stations.
