The Taylor C707 is a single-flavor soft serve freezer designed for performance, consistency, and ease of use—making it an excellent choice for cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and mobile dessert operations. Capable of producing a wide range of frozen treats including low- or non-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, and sorbet, this compact unit fits easily on countertops or carts for flexible placement.
With a 3.4-quart freezing cylinder and a 20-quart refrigerated mix hopper, the C707 ensures continuous product flow with minimal downtime. Its Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) system maintains mix below 41°F, preserving freshness in both Auto and Standby modes. The intuitive Softech™ microprocessor control monitors viscosity in real time, delivering smooth and consistent soft serve texture every time.
An LED digital temperature indicator displays hopper temperature, and operators can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius for convenience. The unit includes visual and audible alerts for low mix and automatically shuts down when mix runs out, protecting the equipment. A built-in door interlock system ensures safe operation.
