The Taylor C706 is a high-efficiency, single-flavor soft serve freezer designed for reliability, versatility, and consistent product quality. Ideal for restaurants, convenience stores, cafés, and mobile setups, this compact machine can serve a wide variety of frozen desserts including low- or non-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, and sorbet.
With a 3.4-quart freezing cylinder and a 20-quart mix hopper, the C706 is built for steady output. Its simplified air/mix pump ensures the precise ratio of air and mix, maintaining ideal overrun for smooth, creamy soft serve. The Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) system keeps mix safely below 41°F in both Auto and Standby modes, preserving freshness even during slow periods.
The C706 features Softech™ microprocessor controls to monitor viscosity and optimize freezing cycles. Digital temperature display allows staff to verify safe operating conditions, and the unit automatically shuts down when mix runs out, preventing damage. Safety is prioritized with a door interlock system that prevents operation when the dispensing door is removed.
