This model includes hopper agitation and a simplified air/mix pump system for consistent overrun and smooth texture. The durable touch screen control panel is user-friendly and allows operators to monitor product viscosity, temperatures, and draw counts in real time. Safety features like the door interlock system prevent operation unless the dispensing door is secured.
Indicator lights and optional audible alarms alert staff when mix is low, and the unit automatically enters standby mode when the mix is out—protecting the system and minimizing downtime.
