Featuring three 7-quart freezing cylinders, it delivers light, high-overrun slush drinks using a pressurized freezing system. Slushtech™ viscosity control ensures optimal consistency, while Sure Set™ Flow Control optimizes syrup, CO₂, and water pressure for precise flavor balance. The automatic defrost system prevents excessive ice buildup, and audible alarms alert operators of supply issues. Top-discharge airflow allows for compact counter installation, and an optional cart converts it into a freestanding model with syrup storage, making it a reliable, high-performance frozen beverage solution.
