The Taylor 0736 is a single-flavor, countertop soft serve freezer with an integrated heat treatment system, making it ideal for small to medium foodservice operations seeking high performance, safety, and compact efficiency. Perfect for frozen yogurt, soft serve ice cream, or custard, this unit offers exceptional product consistency with minimal cleaning downtime.
The machine features a 2.1-quart freezing cylinder and an 8.5-quart refrigerated mix hopper that maintains mix below 41°F in Auto and Standby modes. Its simplified gear pump allows for adjustable overrun, improved product texture, and fewer parts for easier maintenance. The heat treatment cycle safely holds dairy product for up to 14 days before full disassembly is required, reducing labor and increasing uptime.
Equipped with a user-friendly LCD display, the Taylor 0736 continuously monitors viscosity and displays current hopper and cylinder temperatures. Operators can also access a 400-cycle temperature history log for HACCP compliance. Safety features include a door interlock system, dual mix-low indicators, auto-standby mode, and adjustable dispensing flow control.
Thanks to its compact footprint and side-mounted condenser, the 0736 is ideal for back-counter or tight-space installations. With a 2 HP beater motor and 2 kW heater, this soft serve machine delivers consistent output and efficiency—perfect for cafés, kiosks, and dessert shops.
