Equipped with two 3.4-quart freezing cylinders and dual 20-quart refrigerated mix hoppers, the C717 features a heat treatment system that performs a daily heating and cooling cycle. This allows for safe storage of dairy products for up to 28 days before full cleaning is required, reducing labor and minimizing downtime.
The intuitive touchscreen control panel provides real-time monitoring of viscosity, temperature, and draw counts. Operators can easily switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius and view multilingual options. Safety features include mix-low indicators, automatic shutoff on mix-out, a brush-cleaning countdown, and a door interlock system to prevent operation when the dispensing door is removed.
