The Taylor C712 is a high-performance twin twist soft serve freezer built to serve two individual flavors or a combination twist with superior consistency and speed. Ideal for busy ice cream shops, fast casual restaurants, and foodservice operations, this machine can handle popular soft serve variations like low- or non-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, or sorbet.
The C712 features two 3.4-quart freezing cylinders and dual 20-quart refrigerated mix hoppers, each with a simplified air/mix pump for optimal overrun and product quality. The separate hopper refrigeration system (SHR) maintains mix at food-safe temperatures below 41°F in both Auto and Standby modes. Viscosity is monitored and controlled continuously through a user-friendly touchscreen panel, which also tracks draw count, temperatures, and multilingual settings.
With digital indicators and a cleaning countdown timer, the C712 helps ensure food safety and proper maintenance. Safety features include mix-out shutoff, a door interlock system, and lockable front casters for secure placement. The self-closing draw handles and specially designed freezer door allow smooth product dispensing with minimal effort.
