Mix hopper: two, 20 quart (18.9 liter).
Refrigerated to maintain mix below 41ºF (5ºC).

The Taylor C606 is a high-capacity, heat treatment combination freezer that delivers both soft serve and shake products with precision and ease. Designed for foodservice operations seeking maximum performance and minimal downtime, the C606 features an advanced heat treatment system that safely maintains dairy product quality for up to 28 days without requiring full disassembly and cleaning—dramatically reducing labor, waste, and maintenance costs.
This versatile machine dispenses four shake flavors—chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and one optional flavor—using an automated blending system that ensures consistent flavor and portion control. For soft serve, an ergonomic handle and integrated star design in the dispensing door simplify operation while reducing replacement part needs. Viscosity-based Softech™ controls guarantee premium texture and quality in both product types.
Equipped with dual 20-quart mix hoppers, a 7-quart shake freezing cylinder, and a 3.4-quart soft serve cylinder, the C606 uses peristaltic pumps for accurate air/mix and syrup delivery. Its programmable touch panel allows multilingual operation and stores temperature history from the last 366 cycles for easy compliance tracking.
